• MORE FUN WITH THE NIKON COOLPIX IR
  So you know you can turn the lens around and see yourself in the LCD… and that allows you to do the coolest self portraits. In fact what is really cool is the eyes – how they become wolf-like. In regular film IR, most of the time photographers put a red filter over the lens to increase contrast… you don’t need to do this with photoshop because you can simply increase the contrast later. This allows you to see everything – including the eyes… so people don’t look like space martians. I have never liked how the iris’s go black on regular IR because it makes the brides look like stepford wife robots. How did that movie do anyway? I never saw it.
