    TUTORIAL WRITING:

    Yesterday was a straight 12
    hour
day of  writing the BullZeye2 tutorial… I  finished
    the Mac
tutorial and the WIN tutorial is coming today then I will release it
probably Saturday or Sunday with a special offer to B1 owners.
      I
learned from when I started software development that tutorials are
HUGELY important.  When I invented Montageā„¢, I mistakenly went
    on
the belief that nobody reads manuals – then of course I was completely
flooded with tech support calls (…how come my footswitch won’t reach the floor…?
    “ma’am, that’s a mouse…)

So although I HATE tutorial writing, I know that people read the
tutorials and it greatly increases their enjoyment of our
product.  So my tutorials are extremely detailed – If you
    would

My Canon EOS20D is stuck in FEDEX in
    Tennessee

due to weather and I was so primed to do the calibration tests and come
up with my suggested parameter settings… plus I wanted to do a 3 way
test between the 10D, Mark II and the 20D.  One thing about
    the
Mark II – I spoke with representatives of Canon as well as Denis Reggie
and was informed that additional lens calibration can remedy the
soft image problems I was having with my Mark II.  Therefore I
    am
going to send my camera in but I wanted to do some “before” and “after”
calibration images to show the difference.  The Mark II is a
    beast
of a camera – a huge advance for Canon – but my tests showed that it
simply was quite soft, so I went back to the 10D for my Canon
stuff.  Hopefully the 20D gets here this weekend and I have
    the
3way test for you on my upcoming newsletter…
